Three year old girl dies due to snake bite
Noida: A 3 year old girl died due to snake bite in a posh sector. Angered by the incident, RWA residents have blamed Noida Authority for it. While working in a house located in Sector-116, a labourer’s daughter was bitten by a snake. The girl’s family immediately took her to the hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead. There is anger in the sector and the girl’s family after the incident. Residents of the sector allege that several letters were written to Noida Authority officials regarding clearing the bushes, but the officials did not pay any attention to it. Due to which a girl lost her life.
According to the information, on Wednesday, Santosh Mazdoor’s family went to sleep in the slum at night after completing the construction work of a house. During this time, a poisonous snake entered the slum at night and bit the girl sleeping on the cot. Hearing the screams of the girl, her family woke up. The girl’s body had turned blue. There was a snake bite mark on the girl’s leg and blood was flowing. The family took him to the hospital. But, the three-year-old girl died before she could get treatment. Santosh is originally from Hamirpur district. Koshinder Yadav, President of Sector-117 RWA of Noida, said that huge bushes have grown on the vacant plots located in the sector. Poisonous creatures like snakes and scorpions have made their home in these bushes, which enter the houses every day. A letter was written to the Industries Department and Work Circle Officer of Noida Authority regarding cutting of bushes. Even after this the officials ignored the complaints. If the authority officers had paid attention to the complaint in time, the girl would not have lost her life today.
