Tight security in Hyderabad on the anniversary of Babri Masjid demolition
Hyderabad: On the occasion of the anniversary of the demolition of Babri Masjid, police tightened security in Hyderabad on Wednesday.
He deployed police forces in sensitive areas of the city ahead of the call by some Muslim organizations to observe Black Day.
Security has also been tightened around the historic Mecca Masjid, Charminar and other places of worship.
A group of Muslim women from the Sayeedabad area of the old city participated in a special prayer on Tuesday on the eve of the anniversary. Women reunited at Ujale Shah Eidgah and celebrated the restoration of Babri Masjid.
The women said that future generations will follow her by recording the Babri Masjid. He said that once a mosque is built at a place, it remains a mosque forever. Tehreek-e-Muslim Shaban called upon Muslims to observe Black Day and offer namaz.
President of the organization Mushtaq Malik said that it was 6 December 1992 when communal forces demolished the Babri Masjid. MIM President Asaduddin Owaisi said that the demolition of Babri Masjid will always be recorded. The Hyderabad deputy published a video of her old speech on social networks with the hashtag #NeverForgetBabri.
