Titanium frame will be special in iPhone 15 Pro
San Francisco (IANS) | Apple’s upcoming high-end smartphone iPhone 15 Pro will feature a titanium frame with rounder-edge design, new buttons, camera bump and more. According to a report, the size of the individual camera protrusions will increase once again, and the entire hump will become thicker.
Furthermore, the report mentions that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will also sport a small camera protrusion, which is rumored to be a periscope zoom lens.
As per previous speculations, the cameras on the iPhone 15 Pro will feature entirely new sensor technology that will capture more light and reduce overexposure or underexposure in certain settings.
USB-C ports are also widely expected to be included on all iPhone 15 versions, but fastest charging will be limited to Apple-certified USB-C cables.
The report further shows that the volume and mute buttons will be haptic rather than physical, with two haptic engines dedicated to simulating button presses.
The mute toggle will no longer be a sliding switch, but a haptic button.
Like the back glass, the screen glass will only have 1.55mm bezels all around.
As per the report, the thin bezels will make the iPhone 15 Pro narrower than its predecessor, as the screen size will remain the same.
Apart from the ‘Hero’ Deep Red colour, the phone also comes in White, Space Black and Gold.
