Material
4 tomatoes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tbsp butter
4-5 bread cubes
salt to taste
How to make – First of all wash the tomatoes and cut them into big pieces. Place a vessel on medium gas and add 2 cups of water and tomatoes and boil it. Cook on low flame until tomatoes become soft. – Now let the tomatoes become soft and turn off the gas. Take out the tomatoes, keep them in cold water and peel them. After this, grind the tomatoes well and filter the crushed tomato pulp through a sieve. If the soup seems thick then add water as required and then let it cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. – Switch off the gas after the stipulated time. Your tomato soup is ready. Mix butter, salt and black pepper powder, mix with bread cubes and serve in soup bowls.
