Traffic police took meeting of auto drivers
Durg. A meeting of auto drivers was held under the leadership of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Traffic) in which it was explained to the auto drivers that you play the most important role in maintaining the orderly traffic system of the city.
Any person from any other district can visit the bus stand, When he reaches the railway station, first of all he has to seek your help to reach his destination. If you behave nicely with those people and collect fixed fees and park your vehicles in a systematic and designated parking place, then a good image of the district is created in the mind of that person.
During the meeting, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Traffic, informed the 250 auto drivers present in the meeting about their personal image as well as traffic rules like not driving without uniform, not driving under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicant, not allowing a minor to drive, Not seating passengers more than the prescribed capacity, keeping the documents of the vehicles in order, parking the vehicles only at the designated parking/place, not loading or unloading passengers at any intersection, disembarking the passengers before or after the intersection, not driving fast and carelessly. Advice was given for driving and instructions were given to convey all these things to all the auto drivers who were not present in the meeting today.
In the said meeting, Traffic Zone Fort in-charge Inspector Yashkaran Dhruv, Assistant Sub Inspector Ramesh Dubey, Bodhan Sahu, Madan Sahu, Kunwar Singh, Satyanarayan Pathak, Dayalu Ram Rohit Malekar, traffic employees and 250 auto drivers were present.
