Tragic death of businessman, car was speeding

Jagdalpur: Near Ghatlohga turn, 20 km from the city, a speeding car rammed into a tree while trying to save a schoolgirl crossing the road. In this accident, the car driver, a young businessman, died on the spot. As soon as the police got information about the incident, they reached the spot and the body was sent to the PM, while the family members reached the spot.

Bastar Police said that Dishant Tripathi, a young businessman of the city, met with an accident near the toll plaza of Ghat Lohanga on National Highway 30. He died in this incident. People nearby told that the incident happened when the businessmen were going towards Bastar in their car. At the same time, Dishant Tripathi turned his car at high speed to save a school girl crossing the road, due to which she was injured. The car went out of control and hit a tree. In the accident, the front part of the car was blown to pieces.

According to the police, the youth was a resident of Housing Board Colony Bodhghat and had recently given birth to twin children. It is being told that he was going to Bastar for some work and during this time this road accident happened near Ghat Lohanga.
