Tribute to Bapu at Rajghat, queue of heads of state seen

Leaders of G-20 countries paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat. Here Mahatma Gandhi’s favorite devotional song ‘Vaishnav Jan To Tene Kahiye, Je Peed Parayi Jaane Re…’ was sung.

Today is the second and last day of the G20 conference being held in India. This conference is being organized at Bharat Mandapam located at Pragati Maidan in the capital Delhi. The arrival of guests had started from Thursday itself. Many heads of state from around the world including President Joe Biden are currently in Delhi. The ‘New Delhi Declaration’ was unanimously approved on the first day of the G20 summit. Apart from this, a dinner was organized by the President in the evening. Today the third session on ‘One Future’ will be held in Summit Hall, Level 2, Bharat Mandapam. After this the announcements made by the leaders will be adopted.
