Tripura News: Chief Minister leaves for Shillong to attend the plenary session

Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha today left for Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya, to attend the 71st Plenary Session of the North Eastern Council (NEC). The 71st Plenary Session of the North Eastern Area Council will be held in Shillong today, January 19. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will preside over the plenary session. Apart from this, Minister for North Eastern Development (DoNER) G Kishan Reddy, Governors and Chief Ministers of 8 North Eastern states are also expected to be present in the session. Besides, senior officials from North Eastern Region Council and line ministries will participate in the session.
