Los Angeles: Singer-songwriter Lizzo has given a befitting reply to her critics. The 35-year-old singer shared a long note on her Instagram page and said that she is tired of people’s internet trolling.
Lizzo wrote, “I just want to make good music, to make people happy and help make the world a little better than I found it. But I’m starting to feel like that’s not what the world wants from me. I’m constantly I protest against the lies being told about me… I am made fun of every time because of how I look.”
He said that his character is being criticized by people who don’t even know him and are defaming his name.
Although the singer did not reveal the reason behind this post, his friends and fans are leaving encouraging comments in the comment section.
American rapper Latto wrote, “People need you Lizzo. I remember when I felt tired and gave up, you inspired me to move forward. You are such a good person.”
American comedian Lonnie Love wrote in the comment, “Don’t let your critics win… stay away from the internet… embrace life man… keep working.”
