Troubled by usurers, spice business commits suicide
Indore (IANS). Troubled by usurers in Madhya Pradesh’s commercial city Indore, a spice trader has committed suicide by hanging himself. Before committing suicide, he made a video and also wrote a suicide note. The victim has also demanded strict action from the police commissioner against the accused.
According to the information received, Virendra Sen, who lives in Azad Nagar area, committed suicide late on Monday night and before that he made a video in which he is telling his pain. In this video, Virendra Sen is also taking the names of the people with whom he was upset.
He says that the usurers have ruined his life. He has repaid the principal amount, yet lakhs of rupees are being demanded. They are not even able to pay the fees of their children.
In this video, Virendra is saying that his shop, land, house everything has been sold due to usurers. Even after that these usurers are not desisting from harassing him.
On one hand, where in the note he told not to disturb any member of the family, on the other hand he demanded strict action against the accused.
Virendra has also gone by writing a suicide note which has been received by the police and the entire matter is being investigated. Virendra’s video is going viral on social media.
