Truck accident in Sambalpur, 1 dead, 1 serious

In Sambalpur district of Odisha, a truck collision occurred on Friday, as per reliable reports, involving two trucks.

It has been reported that one individual lost their life at the scene of the accident in Sambalpur, while another person sustained serious injuries. The collision occurred near Chinimahul on National Highway No. 53 under the jurisdiction of Sambalpur’s Jamankira police station.

Tragically, one truck driver passed away immediately, while the other suffered severe injuries. Following the accident, both drivers were reportedly trapped between the trucks.

Upon receiving the report, personnel from Jamankira police station and the fire brigade arrived at the scene to rescue the trapped individuals. However, the identities of the deceased and the injured parties have not yet been disclosed. The police have commenced an investigation into the incident.
