Try Lemon Rice which is full of taste and health in your dinner

Lemon Rice Recipe: In summer, we like to eat something light for dinner. So in this way you can make lemon rice full of health and taste. It will be liked by adults as well as children. Let us tell you its easy recipe…
Boiled rice- 2 bowls
Peanuts- 25 grams
Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice- 4 teaspoons
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Curry leaves- 10
Dry red chili- 2
Mustard seeds – half teaspoon
Salt according to taste

  1. To make lemon rice, first heat a pan.
  2. Then add butter or desi ghee to it. When the mustard starts crackling, add peanuts, curry leaves and red chili to it.
  3. After cooking for 5 minutes, add rice, turmeric, salt and lemon and mix well.
  4. Now let it cook for 5 minutes. Lemon rice is ready. Serve it with pickle, chutney, raita, salad. It will taste very good with sambar too.
    Note- To make this dish healthier, you can also use brown rice instead of white.
