To start this recipe, first fry the paneer in some oil so that it does not break.
(To keep the paneer soft, soak it in lukewarm water for some time after frying). After this, heat some oil and add ginger, garlic, onion, capsicum, green chilli, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, salt and black pepper and fry. Now add some vinegar to it and toss. This gravy should be slightly thick. Finally add green onions to it and serve.
