TSRTC requests women traveling short distances

Hyderabad: Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) urged women using the Maha Lakshmi scheme to use Palle Velugu buses for short distances instead of express services. “The TSRTC direction has observed that women opt for express buses for short journeys, causing considerable inconvenience to passengers traveling long distances. To guarantee a more seamless travel experience for everyone, we request people with short journeys to consider boarding the city’s light buses and cooperate with us. Additionally, there have been cases where some passengers requested stops that were not scheduled, causing delays and affecting the total travel time. In the future, express buses will strictly adjust to the scheduled schedule and guarantee compliance with the schedule”, said Dr. Sajjanar.
