Tusk elephant again blocked the road, pedestrians got worried
Korba. The presence of elephants continues in the Katghora forest division of Korba. Due to this, people as well as the general public are quite troubled. A tusk elephant arrived near village Kapa Navapara on Katghora-Ambikapur National Highway. The elephant was not able to cross the road due to the movement of vehicles on the spot.
As soon as information about this was received, Bilaspur CCF and Katghora Forest Divisional Officer reached the spot and made the elephant cross the road. Officials including Katghora DFO Nishant Kumar stopped the movement of vehicles and made the elephant cross the road.
During this period, there was a jam on the highway for about half an hour. Let us tell you that a group of about 50 elephants is roaming in this area.
