Two officers will retire on July 31
Raipur. 24 IAS officers across the country are retiring on 31 July. These include Amrit Khalko from Chhattisgarh. Along with retirement, it is also considered certain that he will get a contractual appointment. At present, Khalko is also the Secretary and Commissioner of the Labor Department along with the Secretary to the Governor. CM Baghel has almost agreed to the contractual appointment of Khalko.

Similarly, on July 31, 21 IPS officers from across the country are also going to retire. These include the DG of Chhattisgarh, Sanjay Pillay. The government has removed IAS Amrit Khalkho from all posts in the Labor Department.
