Two smugglers arrested, 30 kg ganja recovered
Ghaziabad (IANS). The Ghaziabad police have arrested two smugglers who smuggled hemp from Odisha and sold it in NCR. About 30 kg of ganja has been recovered from them. Which was sold in the market at a price of about 50 thousand rupees per kg.
The great thing is that these people used to buy cannabis in Odisha at Rs.2500 per kg. Then used to bring the hemp to NCR through a private car. Luxury cars were often used for smuggling, so that no one could be suspicious.
According to the information received from the police, police station Loni has arrested two vicious ganja smugglers. 30 kg 620 grams of ganja and the car used in the incident have been recovered from their possession. The price of hemp is said to be Rs 15 lakh. The accused have been identified as Abid and Naushad.
During interrogation, the accused revealed that they used to buy ganja from Munniguda in Odisha and sell it in Jafrabad Delhi area. The accused Abid is a resident of Baghpat and Naushad is a resident of Ghaziabad.
