Two smugglers arrested, ganja worth Rs 1.75 crore recovered

Greater Noida: Greater Noida’s Kasna Police and Meerut’s Anti Narcotics Cell team, in a joint action, busted a big gang smuggling ganja. The team seized 3 quintals, 51 kg of ganja, which is worth more than Rs 1.75 crore in the international market.
The team arrested Harish Kumar alias Ankur and Himanshu alias Kamal with a huge consignment of ganja near Sirsa roundabout. Both the vicious people are residents of Baghpat. Both were smuggling ganja for a long time. Police have recovered three mobile phones, Rs 4,170, a canter and other items along with ganja.

The criminal who looted people by giving lift arrested
Ecotech First police station of Greater Noida has arrested a vicious criminal of a gang involved in robbing people by giving them lift. The police was searching for him for a long time.
The accused, along with his gang, used to give lifts to people, assault them and loot them. Then, he would throw the victim at a deserted place and run away. More than 15 cases are registered against the arrested criminal in different police stations. Manoj was arrested with an illegal weapon and two cartridges from near Budha Gharbara Cut of Dankaur Road. A reward of Rs 15,000 was also declared against him.
