Bhopal: Mohan Yadav, who was a cabinet minister in the Shivraj Singh Chouhan-led government in Madhya Pradesh, has been elected by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as the new minister of Madhya Pradesh.

Yadav became MLA for the first time in 2013 from Ujjain South seat. In 2018, he was once again elected in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections and became MLA from Ujjain South seat.
