Giving clothes or money to woo the public during election campaign is prohibited.

Meanwhile, in Sitapur assembly seat area of Ambikapur district, information was received from Food Minister Amarjeet Bhagat about distribution of clothes, umbrellas, blankets, sarees and other things to the public. After getting the information, the Election Commission team has sealed a warehouse.
The Election Commission team has seized all the items from the warehouse. The value of the seized goods is said to be in lakhs. On the other hand, BJP is cornering Congress on this issue. BJP has been continuously attacking the opposition on this issue on social media. Meanwhile, the Election Commission team is also seen ready everywhere during the elections. The Commission’s eyes are fixed on the intersections at various places.
