Union Minister Anurag cornered Congress for not fulfilling the guarantees
Hamirpur. The Congress government is not working as a giver to the people but as a taker from them. Here in Himachal, he had promised to give Rs 1500 to the mothers and sisters. Today 23 lakh sisters are waiting but not a single one has received even a single rupee. He had promised to buy cow dung at Rs 2 per kg and milk at Rs 100 per liter from the farmers, which was not fulfilled. Congress had said that they would provide jobs to one lakh youth, but they could not provide employment to even one thousand youth.
They have made many such promises and guarantees but nothing has happened. Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting and Youth and Sports Affairs Anurag Singh Thakur said this during his stay in Himachal on the auspicious occasion of Diwali. The Union Minister started his day on Saturday with a Diwali workers’ meet at the BJP office in his parliamentary constituency Hamirpur.
After this, Minister Anurag Thakur went to New Era Senior Secondary School where he participated in the 21st annual function and prize distribution ceremony. In the afternoon, Anurag Singh Thakur went to Dimmi where he met the players and encouraged them at the closing ceremony of the basketball tournament.
As the last program of the day, the Union Minister participated in the Sneh Milan program organized in Sameerpur. Anurag Thakur reached Hamirpur market and wished Diwali. First of all, while walking from Gandhi Chowk, Union Minister Anurag Thakur congratulated the shopkeepers and local people on Diwali festival, later after reaching the BJP party office located in Bhota Chowk, he also participated in the Diwali workers’ meet with the workers.
