Unknown person shot agriculture officer, investigation continues in firing case

Bijapur. The incident of firing on a government official is coming to the fore in Bhopalpatnam city. In Club Para, an unknown person opened fire on Agriculture Extension Officer Munna Lal Baghel. The officer’s left hand was injured in the attack. The people around immediately admitted the injured Adhikari to the Community Health Center, Bhopalpatnam. On getting the information, the police also reached the spot and started investigating the incident.

The incident is being told around 11 o’clock last night. Agriculture Extension Officer Munna Lal Baghel was sleeping in the house at Club Para in Bhopalpatnam Nagar. The night attacker came inside the officer’s house through the back door. Before the officer could understand anything, the assailant ran away after firing a bullet. During the firing, the officer got shot in his right hand. The officer is undergoing treatment at the Community Health Center, Bhopalpatnam.
