UP: Brother-in-law raped and made a video, troubled by blackmailing the girl committed suicide

Through that video, the brother-in-law also blackmailed the girl and made the girl a victim of his lust. After this both of them started raping her often.

Fed up with this, the girl wrote a suicide note and committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance. Police took the suicide note and mobile in their possession and sent the body for post-mortem. The daughter of a stone cutter resident of Rawatpur police station area, after passing high school, used to help her mother in the household work.

He told that last year he had gone to a wedding with his family in Ghatampur Kursetha. Here a young man befriended his 17 year old daughter. After this the conversation between the two started. Meanwhile, the young man lured her daughter into love trap and raped her and made a video. Then he gave the same video to his brother-in-law.

Fed up with the blackmailing of brother-in-law and brother-in-law, he complained to his mother. On Tuesday, the wife had gone to take the younger daughter to school and he had gone to work. Meanwhile the daughter consumed poison. The daughter was declared dead in the hall.
Called home and beat up, blood started coming from ears
The girl has written in the suicide note that the accused brother-in-law and the young man called her home on the pretext. Here his family members beat him. Due to this, blood started coming out from his ears. The young man and his family were threatening to make the video of the rape viral.

In the suicide note, the girl has written that mom and dad, please forgive me. It is not your fault. You always supported me. I have hurt you all a lot too. Sorry my little sister please forgive me. The youth and his family members are responsible for my death. She is sacrificing her life because of the young man’s lies and torture.
A terrified girl
Family members told that after the incident their daughter was continuously suffocating. For a long time, this incident was kept hidden from the family members due to social stigma, but when the brother-in-law crossed the limits of exploitation by harassing her, she informed the family about the incident. After this the girl remained scared and scared at home.
There was a written agreement between both the parties
The family members told that when the daughter informed them about this incident, they complained about it to the family members of the young man. After this he said that the matter should be taken to the police. So they started talking about getting the girl married when she attains adulthood. During this time, a written agreement was reached between both the parties, not the police station. The wedding was to take place on 24th August.
