VK Pandian to not contest 2024 Assembly Elections, says BJD leader Debi Mishra

Bhubaneswar: 5T and Nabin Odisha Chairman VK Pandian will not contest in the upcoming 2024 Assembly Elections, said senior BJD leader Debi Prasad Mishra.

Debi Mishra further said that VK Pandian will work towards making Naveen Patnaik the Chief Minister of Odisha for the sixth time.

Rather, Pandian will actively work for BJD as an engaged member, engaging in the service of the people, said senior BJD leader Debi Mishra at the BJD State Executive Meeting.

On November 27, 2023, VK Pandian officially became a member of BJD in the presence of Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik and other senior leaders of the party.
