Voter awareness program held in the highest peak of Chhattisgarh
Balrampur: Voter awareness program was organized by forming a human chain at Gourlata, the highest peak of Chhattisgarh. A program was organized by the district administration to increase the voting percentage as much as possible in the upcoming elections.
Under the sweep program, Balrampur took a pledge to vote by forming a human chain on the theme of Chhodu Kam Buta Karoon First Voting in Gourlatau of Ramanujganj district. Collector Rimijiyush Ekka, SP Dr Lal Umed Singh, DFO Vivekanand Jha, District Panchayat CEO including ASP Chandresh Thakur, Additional Collector SN Paikra and citizens of the area also participated in the program.
The district administration has also achieved two world records in any event. The first world record voter signature campaign was conducted, in which approximately four lakh voters became part of the signature campaign. The second world record has been achieved by the district administration at Gourlata, the highest peak of Chhattisgarh, where 15,000 people formed a human chain and took a pledge to vote by reaching the highest peak.
