Why was Dhabaleshwar temple locked?

Cuttack : Darshan and worship in Dhabaleshwar temple has been stopped for five hours. Thousands of devotees are disappointed due to the closure of the temple. Panchuk festival will be celebrated tomorrow at Dhabaleshwar temple. Before this, the priests of the temple are sitting on strike and the gate of the temple has been locked. No decision has been taken yet.

Now, to solve the problem, Additional District Collector, Deputy District Collector and Additional SP of Aathgarh have reached the spot. Today there was an altercation between the administration and the devotees regarding changing the barricades. For this reason the main gate of the temple has been locked. During Panchuk, thousands of devotees stood in long queues outside the temple to have darshan of Lord Shiva. A detailed report in this regard is awaited.
