Winter session, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai presented the second supplementary budget
Raipur. The proceedings of Chhattisgarh Assembly have been adjourned till Thursday. Thursday has been fixed for the Governor’s address and discussion on the second supplementary budget. Before this, Governor Vishwabhushan Harichandan’s address was given. After this, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai presented the second supplementary budget on the table of the House.
Starting his address in English, Governor Vishwabhushan Harichandan said that I heartily welcome and congratulate all the newly elected members in the first session of the sixth assembly of Chhattisgarh state.
He said that I greet you as a newly elected assembly member in this sacred temple of democracy. I also express my respect for the great Constitution, constitutional-democratic values and ideal traditions of our country, due to which I have got the opportunity to address you in this House today.
