Woman dies due to collision with speeding bike

Shahabad/Hardoi: A speeding bike hit a woman near Bajaria on Pali bypass, seriously injuring her. The woman was immediately taken to CHC in an injured condition. From where the doctors referred him after first aid. The woman died on the way to treatment.

Pushpa Devi, 45-year-old wife of Ram Ladaite, resident of Mohalla Nai Basti of Shahabad Kotwali area, used to work in flower garlands. At around 8:00 pm on the night of 8th February, she was returning to her home after distributing flower garlands from Pathkana Mohalla.

As soon as she reached Pali Bypass Bajaria, three youths riding a bike were coming at high speed from Basit Nagar intersection. The speeding bike hit Pushpa Devi hard due to which Pushpa Devi got seriously injured. All three bikers fell down and immediately got up and ran away on the bike.

Seriously injured Pushpa was taken to CHC Shahbad. After first aid, she was referred to the medical college but the family members were taking her to the private hospital Shahjahanpur. Pushpa Devi died on the way. The family members are in bad condition and crying. Pushpa Devi’s five daughters Parul, Priya, Shikha and Karishma are married while Rashmi is the youngest and unmarried. He has two younger sons, Shobhit and Rishabh.
