Woman kidnapped, clothes torn and tied to tree overnight

Ranchi (IANS). A woman was abducted from near her house in Sariya police station area of Giridih district, her clothes were torn. After this he was tied to a tree. The police rescued the woman and admitted her to the hospital.

The incident happened on Wednesday night at 11 pm. The woman has told the names of some people to the police. The victim told that someone called her outside the house in the night. When she went out of the house, she found two youths standing.

Both the youths forcibly made him sit on their bike and took him one kilometer away from the house. Here he was beaten up and his clothes were torn and tied to a Eucalyptus tree. She remained tied to the tree for the whole night.

In the morning, the local people informed the police about the woman being tied to a tree. After this the police freed the woman. The woman is being treated at the local Devki Hospital. Police has started investigating the matter.
