Woman’s complaint, ex-husband physically molested her

Vadodara: A 32-year-old woman working in a mall, living in Nizampura area of Vadodara, has lodged a complaint at Manjalpur police station that she had a love marriage in the year 2012. But due to heartache from her husband, Raji happily got divorced in 2019.

I have two children with my husband and he runs a ceramic shop. On the last 7th, I had gone to work and was leaving at 9:30 pm when my ex-husband came to me and said that you have work, you come with me.. saying this I sat on his bike. We went to a flat above the Patanjali store under Lalbagh Bridge and when I started asking why a boy’s call had come on my mobile earlier, the boy started quarreling with me saying that he had just called me. He caught my hand and beat me. Meanwhile, when my sister called me that he was coming to drop me to my house, he dropped me near my house and threatened to kill me if I informed my family.
