Worker removing tent in Gurudwara gets electrocuted, dies
Raigarh: A worker who had gone to work in a tent house died due to electric shock. After the information, the City Kotwali police registered a case and handed over the body to the relatives after post-mortem. Gulshan Chauhan (22) is a native of Barpali police station Pusaur. He used to work as a laborer while staying at his in-laws’ house in Ananddeepa.
The laborer had gone from Chowk Shani Mandir to work at Om Tent House in the city. Had gone with other workers to remove the tents installed in the Gurudwara. During this time, while removing curtains, he got seriously injured after coming in contact with an open wire. Other workers immediately brought him to Sanjeevani Hospital in the pickup of the tent house. Where he was referred to the district hospital. As soon as he reached here, the doctors declared him dead.
