Wrong parking of cars in front of Dhaba and Cafe, action taken on two drivers
Raipur. The driver of Range Rover vehicle number CG/04/JH/2121 deliberately parked the vehicle in the middle of the road and went to the cafe in the service road of the main road, in front of Diya Cafe located on VIP Road under Telibandha police station area, causing the arrival- The passing public in general was being hindered and the driver of the vehicle had parked the vehicle in a dangerous manner, giving rise to a strong possibility of causing an accident and endangering human life. Along with this, the operator of Diya Cafe was also running the cafe without arranging parking in the cafe. The operator of the cafe was deliberately obstructing the traffic by making the common road a parking lot.
While taking prompt action by the team of police station Telibandha under the direction of senior officers and under the leadership of police station Telibandha, the said vehicle driver Pushpendra Kumar Bhargava’s father late went to the said place. Mahendra Bhargava, age 30 years, resident of Kota Colony police station, Saraswati Nagar, Raipur, while seizing the said vehicle, against the driver Pushpendra Sahu and the operator of Diya Cafe in police station Telibandha, crime number 495/23 section 283, 34 Bhadvi. Action was taken after registering the crime.
Similarly, in front of Green Light Dhaba located near Labhandi Agrasen Dham Chowk under police station Telibandha area, on the main road, the driver of vehicle number CG/22/AC/5333 deliberately parked the vehicle in the middle of the road and went to the dhaba, causing inconvenience to the commuters. The obstruction was being caused in general and the driver of the vehicle had parked the vehicle in a dangerous manner, which was highly likely to cause an accident and put human life in danger.
Along with this, the operator of Diya Dhaba was also running the dhaba without arranging parking in the dhaba. The traffic was being obstructed deliberately by the operator of the dhaba by making the common road a parking lot. On which the team of police station Telibandha, taking prompt action, went to the said place and seized the said vehicle of the said vehicle driver Kirit Gohil father Narayan Gohil, age 42 years, resident of Nahar Para Neelkantheshwar temple, police station Maudhapara Raipur, driver Kirit Gohil and Green Crime number 494/23 Section 283, 34 Bhadvi against the operator of Light Dhaba in police station Telibandha. Action was taken after registering the crime.
