Yogi cabinet will not be expanded in UP at present

Uttar Pradesh. The date of expansion in Yogi Cabinet has been extended again. Now the cabinet expansion in UP will be done after the results of the ongoing assembly elections in five states are announced. The results of these elections will be declared on December 3, in view of which there is a possibility of cabinet expansion in UP before the Lok Sabha elections (Lok Sabha Election 2024). According to the results of the assembly elections, this cabinet expansion may take place keeping in mind the caste equation. While some new faces will be included in this cabinet expansion, there may be changes in many departments as well. There is also a possibility of reshuffle in the organization of Bharatiya Janata Party.

The opposition is continuously engaged in giving an edge to the caste census, in response to the same, the Bharatiya Janata Party is making a strategy to include more and more people of backward castes in the government and organizations. If sources are to be believed, efforts will be made to cater specifically to the backward classes in the cabinet expansion. In such a situation, Om Prakash Rajbhar and Dara Singh Chauhan, who recently left Samajwadi Party and joined BJP, are considered certain to become ministers. Along with this, some other people can also be included in the cabinet. Lottery may also be held for the leaders who played an important role in the assembly elections being held in five states. Along with the possible cabinet expansion after December 3, there is also a possibility of reshuffle in departments on a large scale. According to information received from sources, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will include 3 to 5 new ministers in his cabinet, while some of the existing 51 ministers can also be changed in their departments according to their performance. Besides, the stature of some state ministers can also be increased.
