Young man raped a minor, case registered

Uttar Pradesh. Police arrested a young man for raping a 15 year old girl and making an obscene video. The accused has been identified as Amandeep Singh. The entire matter is of Noorpur police station area of Bijnor district. On October 28, the minor’s mother lodged a complaint that her daughter was alone at home. Meanwhile, the accused coaxed the girl and took her to a secluded place and raped her. Apart from this he also made an obscene video.

The accused threatened to kill the girl and make the obscene video viral if she protested. The incident came to light when the accused made the obscene video of the girl viral. The victim narrated her ordeal to her mother after the video went viral. After this, the victim’s mother reached the police station and lodged an FIR. The accused Amandeep has been arrested. Action is being taken by registering an FIR against the accused under sections of rape and POCSO Act. The police is investigating the matter
