Premchand Nayak found his brother unconscious at the main door of his in-laws house.

When Premchand Nayak saw the body of his dead younger brother Roshan Nayak, a wound was found in Roshan Nayak’s genitals. The relatives of the deceased Roshan Nayak suspect murder and the relatives have submitted a memorandum to the collector demanding an inquiry.
