Younger son had murdered his father, secret of murder revealed during strict interrogation

Mahasamund: The younger son had murdered the father. The murder was revealed through strict interrogation. According to the police, Deepak Sahu lodged a report that the houses of mine and Krishna Sahu are nearby and the courtyard of both the houses is the same. This morning, neighbor Khilwan Sahu called and told that your uncle Krishna Sahu has been murdered, so I came out of the house. When I went out and saw, Khilwan Sahu, Shiv Chandrakar Veer Singh Sahu were standing outside the house, my parents and wife all together went into uncle’s room and saw that uncle Krishna was lying in a state of shock on the wooden bed in his room with his head in the back. There is a deep injury, there is a lot of blood on the face, there is blood coming out from the nose and the head is cracked. Krishna Sahu has died. Krishna Sahu was killed by an unknown person with the intention of killing him by hitting him on the head with a hard and sharp object and causing deep injury due to which Krishna Sahu died. That on the report of the applicant, a crime/section 302 IPC was registered in Mahasamund police station and taken up for investigation.

During the investigation, it was revealed that the younger son of the deceased, Dharmendra Sahu, was in the house at the time of the incident, due to which, when inquired about the incident, he started misleading the police team by giving vague answers. When the police team did not get a satisfactory answer, they took Dharmendra Sahu into police custody on the basis of suspicion and interrogated him thoroughly and strictly. He could not survive the police interrogation. The police team’s interrogation could not hide his crime. The accused was arrested. Action was taken against the accused in Police Station City Mahasamund under Crime 348/23 Section 302 IPC.

Prakash Nand, Champu Sahu, Ashwani Markande R. Done by Saurabh Tomar, Chhatrapal Sinha, Kamta Awade, Vijay Jangde, Shrikant Mohanty, Rizwan Khan, Shobha Chandravanshi and Dog Master Mrityunjay Singh.
