Youth arrested in girl kidnapping case, caught by police from Kondagaon

Rajnandgaon: Rajnandgaon police has arrested the accused who kidnapped a minor girl and committed incest. A minor girl has also been recovered from the possession of the accused. In fact, on May 16, the applicant lodged a report at Bortalav police station that his 17-year-old minor girl was kidnapped by an unknown person. The crime was registered under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code in Bortalao police station and taken up for investigation.

A police team was prepared in the case and the team was sent to village Anantapur district Kondagaon to arrest the accused. The police team was successful in finding the address and recovering the kidnapper. The accused was also caught in village Anantpur district Kondagaon. The police team brought back the kidnapper and the accused from village Annatpur district Kondagaon and took action against the accused under sections 366-A, 376 (2), 376 (n) of the Indian Penal Code and 4,6 POCSO Act and sent him to jail.
