Youth in car involved in robbery caught, driver of Matador had complained
Bhilai: In village Hingnadih of Bhilai, miscreants looted a driver who was sleeping in a car when it broke down. As soon as the complaint was received, the police started investigating the case and within a few hours arrested three accused. Police are taking further action by registering a case against the arrested accused under relevant sections. The entire matter is of Nandini police station area of Bhilai.
On the complaint of the incident, Nandini police registered an FIR against unknown accused under the section of robbery and started searching for them. Nandini TI Rajesh Sahu said, “Ghanshyam Sahu, resident of Kandra Para Dhamdha bus stand, has complained of robbery. The complainant drives Harsh Parakh’s Matador. On October 5, the complainant and another driver Gopal Nagre left for Raipur with the car. Gopal Nagre When the complainant’s car broke down near Hingnadih pond, the complainant gave his car to him. The complainant was not feeling well, so he slept in the car itself.”
According to the information, the three accused of robbery reached there in a car and started threatening the driver. The accused first demanded money from the victim to fill petrol. When the victim refused and started running away, the accused chased him and caught him. After this, they started strangulating her with a towel and one of the accused took out a cutter and placed it on her neck. After this, they looted Rs 150 in cash from his mobile phone and pocket and ran away.
