Yuva Bharosa Sammelan will be organized at the constituency level
Gangtok: Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang today chaired a coordination meeting with Heads of Departments (HODs) and officials of various departments at Samman Bhawan to discuss the upcoming Yuva Bharosa Sammelan to be organized at the constituency level.
The Chief Minister said that in view of the crowd during the last attempt on February 29, a new plan has been prepared for the convenience of the public.
He said teams have been formed for each constituency, comprising MLAs, party workers and officials from concerned departments.
Expressing his eagerness to personally distribute the orders, the Chief Minister acknowledged his busy schedule and directed his officials to distribute these on behalf of the state government.
He congratulated all the new appointees and expressed hope that they will work with zeal and enthusiasm for the welfare of the people of Sikkim.
DOP Secretary Rinjing Chewang Bhutia said each constituency would have an officer or employee from the DOP to handle the orders.
He said the orders will be given directly to the candidates and whatever is left will be returned to the DOP.
Similarly, he reminded the new appointees to commence their assignment on March 11 and directed those without specified posting to report to the head office.
