12 girls caught from hotel in Parwanoo
Parwanoo. Parwanoo Police, based on secret information, recovered 12 girls, including two of foreign origin, during a raid in a private hotel. Apart from this, some men from Haryana and Punjab states were also present in the same hotel. All of them did not even have an entry in the hotel register.
The police are looking at this matter by linking it with the prostitution network and have started investigation in the matter. It is expected that soon the police can make big revelations regarding the case. According to the information, Parwanoo Police had received secret information that a network of prostitution including gambling was active in a private hotel located on Chakki Mod-Bhojnagar link road.
Based on the information, the police raided the hotel. During the raid, the police found about 12 girls from the states of Delhi, Haryana, Sikkim, Punjab and two of foreign origin (Uzbekistan, Nepal) in that private hotel. Their identity cards were checked as the circumstances were suspicious.
Many men belonging to the states of Haryana and Punjab were also found present in the hotel and they were also investigated. During the raid, none of their details were entered in the hotel register by the hotel manager. SP Gaurav Singh said that this raid was conducted on the basis of information. He said that the police is keeping a strict vigil on all the private hotels and restaurants running in the district and action will be taken against the hotel operators if they are found involved in any illegal activities.
