4 people died due to rapid firing in moving train, accused RPF constable arrested
Palghar: Firing has taken place in the running Jaipur-Mumbai Express train in Palghar, Maharashtra. 4 people have died due to bullet injuries in the firing. Four people who died include an ASI and 3 passengers. However, it is not yet known whether firing has taken place. The incident took place on Monday morning around 5 am. The firing took place in Dahisar between Palghar and Mumbai. The accused constable who opened fire has been apprehended. It is being told that the constable was suffering from mental stress. Western Railway said, “An RPF constable opened fire inside a moving Jaipur Express train after crossing Palghar station. He shot an RPF ASI and three other passengers. He then jumped out of the train near Dahisar station.” The accused constable has been taken into custody along with the weapon.”
There was a fight between two soldiers
It is being told that two soldiers Chetan and Tilak Ram had a fight in the train. After this Chetan fired. There was chaos in the train due to the firing. After this, some passengers jumped from the moving train due to which they were injured. According to sources, Chetan was angry because of his transfer. Also he was under family tension. The dead bodies of the dead have been unloaded at Borivali and the train has been sent ahead. According to information, firing took place in B5 coach of Jaipur-Mumbai Central Superfast Express train number 12956 at 5.23 am. This train departs from Jaipur Junction at 02:00 and reaches Mumbai Central at 06:55. The name of the ASI who lost his life in the accident is Tika Ram.
