CG Crime: Rape on the pretext of marriage, accused arrested

Ambikapur. Ambikapur. The police arrested the accused of raping on the pretext of keeping her together. According to the police, the applicant came to the women’s police station on June 5 and filed a report that from March 5, 2022 to May 12, 24, Luv Kushwaha, a resident of Mithlapur Wadrafnagar district Balrampur, took the applicant to his room and raped her on the pretext of keeping her with him for the rest of his life and after the date of the incident, he continuously took the applicant to different places on the pretext of keeping her with him and raped her. Now the accused Luv Kushwaha is refusing to keep the applicant with him. On the report of the applicant, a crime was registered in the women’s police station and taken into investigation. After this, the police team was searching for the address of the accused. With the continuous efforts of the police team, the accused was caught and interrogated. The accused admitted to raping. The accused has been arrested and sent to judicial custody after finding evidence of crime against him.
