Yes Bank asked to respond to suspicious transactions worth crores of rupees

In the previous hearing, the Income Tax Department had told that statements have been recorded from different people more than 20 times to investigate the matter. The account is in the name of Animesh Singh who works with businessman Hitesh Choubey. The department had recorded the statement of Hitesh Choubey. The petitioner’s advocate says that Animesh Singh is a general employee. Transactions have been made through RTGS in the account in his name. Not only Animesh, but according to the Income Tax Department, transactions have also been done in the name of Bhavesh Tamrakar. No information could be gathered about Tamrakar. In the last hearing, the government will provide information about these account holders and the people who made the transaction, as well as tell whose money it is. In the latest hearing, the Advocate General on behalf of the state government said that Yes Bank management is not cooperating, so more information about the transaction is not being obtained. On this, the court has also made Yes Bank manager a party and asked him to respond. The next hearing in the case will be on August 4.
