Jalandhar: Minister met Ravjot Seechewal
Jalandhar: Local Bodies Minister Sham Chaurasi MLA Dr. Ravjot Singh visited Nirmal Kutia in Seechewal on Wednesday. After paying obeisance in front of Sri Guru Granth Sahib at Nirmal Kutia, the minister was welcomed by Rajya Sabha MP and environmentalist Balbir Singh Seechewal. Dr. Ravjot Singh said that the development of cities will start from the land of Baba Nanak. He said that starting with the development of Sultanpur Lodhi, where Guru Nanak Dev spent a long time of his life, the government will try to change the picture of the rest of the cities of Punjab. Dr. Ravjot thanked AAP National Convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and said that they have given him a new responsibility by including him in the cabinet. He will fulfill it with full honesty. He praised Seechewal for making the holy Kali Bein clean again, which was touched by Nanak’s feet. Seechewal said that he hoped that he would give priority to public welfare works.
