Ingredients for making Poha Pakora
Poha – 1/2 cup
Mashed Boiled Potatoes – 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
oil for frying
salt – as per taste
Poha Pakoda Recipe
To make delicious Poha Pakora, first clean the Poha and wash it thoroughly with water. After this soak the poha for 10 minutes. After the fixed time, take a deep bottom utensil and put soaked poha in it. After this, boil the potatoes and mash them after peeling them and put them in the poha. After this, mash both the things well. Now add green coriander, green chili, cumin, red chili powder, sugar, lemon juice and salt as per taste to this mixture.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, take the prepared mixture with your hands and make pakodas and put them in the pan. Put the pakoras according to the capacity of the pan and fry them till they turn golden brown from both the sides. After this, take out the pakoras in a plate.
