For almost the last decade, the people of the state have seen the Chhattisgarh Kranti Sena continuously fighting the street battles for the workers, farmers and general public of Chhattisgarh. Be it the plight of common Chhattisgarhians or the fight for its native language and culture or the struggle to stop the looting of its natural resources in a forceful manner,

Kranti Sena stands at the forefront with its attitude. But both the national parties active in Chhattisgarh do not want any organization to raise the basic problems here so that they would face any problem in looting the treasury of Chhattisgarh for their high command.

State President Amit Baghel said that even during the democratic movements being carried out by us, the present governments have continuously tried to eliminate us by imposing wrong sections on us and sending us to jail. In this matter, the leaders of both the national parties have come together to harass us.

We always wanted to remain apolitical and did so for ten years, but after seeing all these incidents continuously, the youth, elders, Mahatari and sisters of Chhattisgarh strongly ordered us that now there is a need to enter politics and challenge the exploiters. For how long will you continue to be beaten and go to jail? Now we have taken a difficult decision that instead of going to jail, we will go to Chhattisgarh Assembly, the temple of democracy, and become the voice of lakhs of oppressed people of Chhattisgarh.

State Secretary Chandrakant Yadu told in detail about the program that this huge meeting named “Pagabandhi-Johar” will be held in Bhantha of Phundhar village located on Raipur Airport Road in which the political wing of Kranti Sena,

the names of regional parties registered by the Election Commission and allotted Election symbols will be announced, under which candidates will be fielded for the assembly across the state. Analyzing the reason behind naming Pagbandhi Johar in the said general meeting, he said that whenever the head of the house is handed over to the new generation, a ritual called Pagbandhi is performed by tying a turban on the head in the middle of the society. In a way, this is a strong beginning of strong Chhattisgarhian politics by ending the worn-out Delhiist politics of the old era and coming face to face with the real regional problems.
