Nayanthara’s Tamil film ‘Annapurnani: The Goddess of Food’ will be released on December 1
Thiruvananthapuram: Actress Nayanthara is preparing for her Tamil film ‘Annapurnani: The Goddess of Food’. The release date of this film has been officially fixed as December 1.
Actress Nayanthara wrote on her official X account, “Annapurnani releasing worldwide on 1st December. Get ready!”
The details of the story are still not fully revealed. In which Nayanthara was seen coming from a conservative, upper caste family. Nayanthara’s character, a foodie and a dreamer, leaves her old life behind and starts fulfilling her dream of becoming a cook.
The film has been shot in Srirangam Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Scenes from the Agraharam are shown here. ‘Annapurnani’ will be Nayanthara’s next film after making her Bollywood debut with Shahrukh and Atlee’s mega-blockbuster film ‘Jawaan’. This film has established the actress as a pan India name.
‘Annapurnani: The Goddess of Food’ is directed by Nilesh Krishna. This will mark the reunion of Jai and Nayanthara after a decade.
Apart from this, the film also stars Sathyaraj, Achyuth Kumar, Kumari Sachu, KS Ravi Kumar, Radin Kingsley, Karthik Kumar and Suresh Chakraborty. The music of the film has been composed by ‘Warisu’ composer Thaman.
