Vadodara: The car of a student coming to Vadodara to appear for the TET exam met with an accident, the police took her to the examination center in a PCR van.
As many as 23,000 students had registered for the TET exam to be held on Sunday for the recruitment of primary teachers and most of them had come from out of town to take the test. In which the Vadodara police came forward to help a girl student when her car met with an accident and took her to the examination center in a police van. According to the information received, Gayatri Valand, a resident of Derol in Kalol taluka of Panchmahal district, was coming to Vadodara sitting in a car to appear for the TET exam at the center of Vadodara. Meanwhile, Tarsali collided with a trailer near a hotel near the bypass.
The student was on her way to take the TET exam at New Era School, Makarpura, Vadodara.
Vadodara police jeep patrolling the highway reached the spot. During investigation, the police personnel came to know that the girl student in the car was on her way to take the TET exam at New Era School, Makarpura, Vadodara. The police took her to the New Era School in a PCR van to ensure that the examinees reached the examination center on time, which made it possible for the girl student to reach the examination center on time with the help of the police.
The police had helped two candidates even during the Junior Clerk exam.
It is noteworthy that during the Junior Clerk examination last Sunday also, the police had helped two candidates in their last minute trouble and due to this both these candidates could not appear in the Junior Clerk examination.
