New poster of the film ‘O Watan Baad Watan’ released

When Sara Ali Khan’s ‘O Watan Tanna Watan’ was announced, there was a lot of curiosity about the content of the film. After this, the makers surprised everyone by revealing the look of Sara Ali Khan in the role of Usha Mehta in the film. This actor will play an important role in this film. Set against the backdrop of the Quit India Movement of 1942, ‘Ae Vasan Mere Vasan’ is inspired by true events.
The story of “Aye Watan Mere Watan” is based on a Bombay student who becomes a freedom fighter. The film is based on the story of freedom fighter Usha Mehta, who played an important role in spreading radio news across the country during the Quit India Movement. Although preparations for the release of this film were already going on, now the makers have made a big announcement regarding the film. Actually, Karan Johar announced on social media yesterday that Ae Watan Mere Watan will soon be released on Prime Video.
Director Karan Johar shared the special announcement of the film ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ on Instagram. While sharing the animated poster of the film on his official Instagram account, Karan Johar wrote, ‘Azad Awazein, Qaid Nahi Hoti, Ae Watan Mere Watan…coming soon only on Prime Video.’ Indian Film Festival premiered in Goa.
“Ae Watan Mere Watan” is directed by Kannan Iyer, who directed “Ek Thi Daayan” starring Emraan Hashmi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Kalki Koechlin and Huma Qureshi. “Aye Watan Mere Watan” was written by Darab Farooqui and Kannan Iyer. It is produced by Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta under the banner Dharmatic Entertainment Productions, while Somen Mishra is the co-producer. It will be released simultaneously in 240 countries on Prime Video.
