A wall suddenly collapsed while constructing a drain, one laborer died

Siwan. On Sunday, a wall suddenly fell on two laborers doing drain work in Bihar’s Siwan Municipal Council. As a result of this incident, a laborer died on the spot. The condition of other laborers is critical. The injured laborer was identified as Sakardeep Mahato, son of Shiv Shankar Mahato, resident of Sitikhola of Besantpur police station area. The deceased laborer Baban Thakur has been identified.

Workers injured by the fall of the Berlin Wall were admitted to Siwan Sadar Hospital for treatment. Seeing his serious condition, the doctors from there referred him to PMCH. After learning about the incident, local police officials reached the spot, saw the body and took it to the hospital for autopsy.

It is said that Ward 11 of the city police station area is the hometown of the Vice President. According to officials, this work was done in the name of Municipal Council member Jai Suman, because before the Municipal Council, the work of drainage pipe was a departmental work done by the Vice President. Road construction work was done there. There were also complaints that some old houses built along the road were shaking due to the JCB cutting the road. Today I grinded the road again with a vibrator. Due to this the wall fell on the workers.
